The year 2018 is ending. This year was marked by the change in electronic payments to ISO 20022 / XML. Next year we will continue with the conversion of VAT invoice to the electronic submission of invoice in XML format. There after, the unit document for payments and invoices will be integrate with the QR code in AdmiCash. The introduction of the unit document with QR code is plane for the end of 2019 beginning 2020 by the payment institutions.
These innovations are associated with considerable costs. For this reason, the annual fee for the basic AdmiCash version will be increased by CHF 20.00 and will therefore be CHF 160.00 (plus 7,70% VAT) from 21.12.2018. The annual fee for AdmiCash-Creditor and AdmiCash-Debitor will be increase by CHF 10.00 each and will therefore be CHF 230.00 (plus 7.70% VAT).
During the next holidays, our office will be closed from Friday 21.12.2018 to Monday 07.01.2019. In this period, AdmiCash support is done by email (support@admicash.ch) with a guaranteed response time within 24 hours. In addition, you will find important documents for working with AdmiCash under "Instructions" at www.admicash.swiss.

AdmiCash now relies on the highest security. The homepage provided is with an SSL certificate and the data transmitted will be encrypted (https). In addition, we send all emails with a certificate and a digital signature (SMIME/p7s).
These security measures, give guarantee to communicate really with AdmiCash GmbH.
